The team
Small team. Big surface area.
Ringsy is intentionally lean. We believe the right answer for a compound-AI product is depth over headcount — and that the founders should stay close to the customer forever.

Founder
Sreejumon Purayil
Sreejumon started Ringsy after watching local business owners — from solo shopkeepers to multi-location groups — spend Sunday nights manually posting to Instagram and Facebook. He built the agent loop, the Ringsy Network, and the per-Brand-Ring model from the ground up.
How we build
Four things we hold onto tightly.
Built for real storefronts
Every decision comes from watching real owners — not from reading trend reports. If it doesn't save a busy owner 3 hours a week, we don't ship it.
Agent-first, not template-first
Ringsy isn't a scheduling tool with AI sprinkled in. The Director, the Ringsy Network, and the performance loop form a compound flywheel — one that gets measurably better every week.
Privacy by design
The Ringsy Network is built on k-anonymity (k ≥ 5). No raw captions, logos, or customer identifiers ever cross a tenant boundary. Anonymized aggregates only.

We hire for depth, not resume length.
We're early-stage and intentionally small — but we're actively hiring paid Marketing Interns across every US region, remote-friendly. If you obsess over local business owners, think in product loops, and want to do the best work of your career, see the open roles below or email us directly.
