Privacy Policy

Ringsy Inc. ("Ringsy," "we," "us") operates ringsy.ai and the Ringsy product at app.ringsy.ai. This policy describes how we handle personal information when you visit our website, sign up for the product, or subscribe to the Ringsy Index newsletter.

Information we collect

Account data: name, email address, business name, and authentication identifiers when you create an account.
Brand and content data: website URLs, logos, brand voice inputs, social account connections, generated posts, approval actions, and performance metrics for your Brand Rings.
Billing data: subscription and payment status processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
Usage data: product interactions, device/browser type, IP address, and diagnostic logs needed to operate and secure the service.
Marketing data: email address and optional fields if you join a waitlist, subscribe to the Ringsy Index, or contact us.

How we use information

Provide, maintain, and improve the Ringsy product and marketing site.
Generate and schedule on-brand content for your Brand Rings.
Process subscriptions, trials, and billing through Stripe.
Produce anonymized, aggregated insights for the Ringsy Network and public Ringsy Index (never raw tenant-identifiable content).
Send product, billing, and Index-related emails you request or expect.
Detect abuse, secure accounts, and comply with legal obligations.

Service providers

We use trusted subprocessors to run Ringsy, including cloud hosting (Google Cloud), authentication (Firebase), payments (Stripe), email delivery (Mailgun), social publishing (Ayrshare), analytics (PostHog, when enabled), and AI/media generation providers needed to create content you approve. Each provider processes data only as needed to deliver the service.

The Ringsy Network and Index

Cross-customer learning uses anonymized aggregates with a k-anonymity threshold. Raw captions, logos, customer names, and identifiers do not cross tenant boundaries. You can opt any Brand Ring out of network contributions. The public Ringsy Index publishes only sanitized, aggregated trends.

Data retention

We retain account and Brand Ring data while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward so you can reactivate or export records. You may request deletion of your account by emailing hello@ringsy.ai.

Your choices

Access or update account details in product settings.
Disconnect social accounts at any time.
Opt a Brand Ring out of Ringsy Network contributions.
Unsubscribe from marketing or Index emails via the link in each message.
Cancel your subscription through the billing portal.
