Terms of Service

Ringsy is a software service that helps local small businesses — one storefront or many — plan, generate, and publish social content across connected platforms. Each business location is a "Brand Ring" (most accounts start with one). You remain responsible for reviewing and approving content before it publishes unless you enable an auto-publish fallback for a specific Brand Ring.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You must have authority to connect social accounts and brand assets for each Brand Ring you manage. You must be at least 18 years old to use the paid product.

Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends. Prices, plan limits, and add-ons are described on our pricing page and in-product billing screens. Payments are processed by Stripe. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started.

You retain ownership of brand materials and content you provide. You grant Ringsy a limited license to use that material solely to operate the service — including generating drafts, scheduling posts, and producing anonymized aggregates for the Ringsy Network when you have not opted out. You represent that you have the rights needed for us to process your content and publish to connected accounts.

• Do not use Ringsy for unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service.
• Do not misrepresent AI-generated content where platform rules require disclosure.
• Comply with each connected social platform's terms and policies.

Ringsy uses AI to propose content. Outputs may be inaccurate or unsuitable without review. You are responsible for approving what publishes under your brand. We do not guarantee specific marketing results, reach, or engagement.

The service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. Ringsy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid to Ringsy in the twelve months before the claim.

You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms or abuse of the service. Sections that by nature should survive termination (including payment owed, content licenses granted for already-published posts, and liability limits) will survive.

We may update these Terms or the service from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
