Building the AI brand manager for local storefronts.
Ringsy Inc. is building Ringsy — software that acts as an always-on marketing agent for local small businesses, from a single shop to a multi-location brand. We're a small, product-led team shipping fast with real customers.
The problem
Local business owners — solo coffee shops, salon groups, dental practices, fitness studios — still post to Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok by hand. Generic AI tools and legacy schedulers weren't built for a busy owner who needs on-brand content every week, whether they run one storefront or five with five different local voices.
What Ringsy does
Ringsy is a B2B SaaS product that acts as an AI brand manager for local small businesses — from a single coffee shop to a multi-location salon group. Each business location is called a Brand Ring (most owners start with one). For every Brand Ring, Ringsy automatically plans a weekly content calendar, generates on-brand reels and carousels written in the business's voice, and publishes them across 10 social platforms — Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, Google Business Profile, Threads, X (Twitter), and Bluesky — after a one-tap owner approval. The agent improves every week using each store's own post performance and competitor activity. An anonymized cross-customer intelligence layer called the Ringsy Network learns what works in each (vertical, region) slice of the market, and a free public weekly report called the Ringsy Index publishes a sanitized view of those trends.
Why now
- Short-form video is the default discovery channel for local businesses — but production cost scales linearly with locations.
- Platform APIs and publishing middleware (Ayrshare-class) finally make true multi-platform autopilot feasible for SMBs.
- LLM quality crossed the threshold where on-brand drafts are good enough to approve, not rewrite from scratch.
- Fragmented SMB software is ripe for an agent that owns an outcome (posts shipped), not a feature (a caption box).
Traction & product status
Live product
Ringsy is in market with paying customers on Starter and Growth plans — not a slide deck. Owners approve AI-generated reels and carousels across 10 platforms from a single queue.
Land and expand
Most customers start with one Brand Ring on Starter. Each additional storefront is another Ring under the same account — one owner with eight coffee shops is eight Rings, without eight separate sales motions.
Compound data flywheel
The Ringsy Network learns anonymized performance patterns by (vertical, region). The public Ringsy Index turns that into SEO-friendly market intelligence — a distribution channel competitors don't have.
Agent loop, not a tool
Planning → generation → approval → publish → analytics → competitor signals → better planning. The Director improves weekly from each ring's own performance and tracked competitors.
Business model
SaaS subscriptions: Starter at $149/mo and Growth at $299/mo, with expansion via additional Brand Rings and reel-credit packs. 7-day free trial; no annual lock-in. Target customers are US-based local business owners with 1–50 storefronts; most start on Starter with a single Brand Ring.
Market
US small businesses spend billions annually on marketing software and agency retainers. Solo storefront owners need autopilot without hiring a marketer; multi-location operators need one workflow instead of six logins. Ringsy starts where both feel pain most: weekly posting across every platform — one shop or many.
