How it works
Found, called, answered. For ten minutes a month.
Here is everything Ringsy does behind the scenes: where local customers slip away today, how it turns attention into calls, what it posts and where, where the pictures come from, and exactly how much of your time it takes.
Where customers slip away
Customers are already looking for you. Most of them never call.
I don't need more likes. I need the phone to ring — and I need to know it was the marketing that made it ring.
- 01
They find you, then hire whoever answers first
Someone with a leaking pipe or a broken tooth contacts two or three businesses and goes with the first one that gets back to them. A missed call or a form that waits until tonight is a job handed to the competition.
- 02
Your Google profile looks quieter than the one down the road
Fewer reviews, an old photo, no current offer. Customers compare in seconds, and the business that looks busy and trusted gets the call.
- 03
AI assistants are the new word of mouth
More customers now ask ChatGPT or Gemini who to call. They usually name three businesses. Most owners have no idea whether they're one of them.
- 04
You post, but you can't tell if it brought in one customer
Likes don't pay the bills. Without a way to see which post turned into which call, marketing feels like money and evenings thrown into a hole.
How Ringsy gets you customers
One system that turns attention into customers.
Most tools do one of these jobs and leave the rest to you. Ringsy runs all five, for every location, every week, and shows you the result.
- 01
Get found
Posts and reels go out every week on Instagram, Facebook, Google and seven more. Your Google profile gets a fresh offer and photo every Monday, and your page is written so AI assistants can read it.
Every week
- 02
Turn visitors into leads
Your posts point people to your Ringsy page: tap to call, tap to text, directions, your current offer and a short quote form. Links are tracked, so you know which post sent whom.
Your lead page
- 03
Answer every lead
New request? You get an alert right away, and a customer who leaves an email gets a friendly reply from your business within seconds, even when you're on a job.
Text-back coming soon
- 04
Earn more 5-star reviews
Ask happy customers for a review in one tap. Ringsy pulls in your Google reviews, drafts replies for you to approve, and shows your best ones on your page.
Never fake, never filtered

See what you got
One simple funnel from views to customers won, with the money you mark against each job. Every Monday a plain-English email tells you what worked.

A Monday email in plain English: leads, customers won, and which posts brought them. No dashboards to learn.
What it needs from you

And then
Three finished posts for your business — before you connect a single social account.
A carousel, a still and a short-form reel, written in your voice and rendered with your colours. We would rather you judged the output on your own shop than on someone else's. Nothing publishes until you say so.

One approval, every channel
You approve once. It lands everywhere.
Each network wants a different shape, a different caption and a different length. Ringsy cuts all of them from the one thing you approved, and every version points customers back to your lead page.

One reel, one carousel, one caption — drafted, rendered and queued for you.
You tap Approve. 30 seconds.
This counts as one post against your plan — not eight. On Leads you get 20 of them a month, published to as many networks as you have connected.

Your media
Where the pictures come from.
Short answer: yours first. You are about to let something post pictures under your name, so here is exactly what those pictures are and how it decides what to put in them.
Your own photos and clips
Upload what you already have on your phone — your team, your trucks, a finished job, the front window. Real work sells better than anything generated, so Ringsy keeps up to 50 assets per location and builds posts around yours first.
Images up to 20 MB, video up to 100 MB
Stills and video to fill the gaps
When nothing in your library fits, Ringsy generates the shot — the dish, the treatment room, the b-roll — in your brand colours and your trade's visual language, so a thin library never means a quiet week.
Google Imagen for stills, Veo for video
How it decides what to generate
Generating the picture is the easy part. Knowing what belongs in it is the product.
Every trade gets different casting rules
A gym reel is built around bodies in motion, because an empty room does not sell a class. A dental practice is the opposite — healthcare is set to keep people out of the frame, and cosmetic surgery is pulled back further still. Restaurants lead with the food and the room: hands and over-the-shoulder shots rather than stock-looking strangers grinning at tables.
Generated people are adults, and video always is
Video is adults-only across every trade, with no exception. Stills can include under-18s only for a short, individually reviewed list of education businesses such as tutoring and music schools; anything not on that list falls back to adults-only automatically. Preschools, daycares and private schools never get generated images of identifiable children at all.
Faceless by default where faces are not the point
For b-roll reels in trades that do not call for people, Ringsy renders without faces rather than inventing a cast. It only puts people in when your trade needs them or when you have asked for them.
You can override any of it
Tell Ringsy who should be on camera and what they should be doing — your barista, your trainer, your team in branded shirts — and your instruction beats the default for that post.
Generated imagery is representative, not documentary
A generated plate of pasta is a good-looking plate of pasta, not a photograph of the one you serve. For a post that sells a specific dish, treatment or property, upload the real thing — it takes a second and it is the single biggest lift in output quality we see.
Your uploads stay yours
Photos in your library are used for your posts only. They never appear in another business's content and never cross into another account, whatever trade or city they are in.
Why us
We're building Ringsy because local owners asked us to.
We sat with owners — a plumber quoting jobs from his truck, a salon with two chairs, a dentist doing his own Instagram between patients. Nobody asked for more likes. Every one of them said some version of "I just need the phone to ring — can you do that for me?" That sentence is the entire product.
We are early, and we would rather say so than invent customer logos. What we can show you is the work: set it up and judge the lead page and posts it makes for your own business. If they are not good enough, cancel before day 8 and tell us why — that email comes straight to me.
